They had a chance to record this when his own band 1984 win with 20 minute set on Battle Of The Bands competition in Top Rank Club, Croydon (Upper Cut Club run by Billy Walker). Even Melody Maker reported this. Brian played on bass. Spotted by promoter at London School of Medicine. 1984 invited to participate Christmas On Earth charity showcase.
